1. Services Provided

Eclectic Statements provides creative services including but not limited to:

* Wix website design and customization
* Logo creation and visual identity enhancement
* Marketing and branding materials (digital and print)

All services are provided in accordance with a formal agreement and/or proposal sent to the client prior to project commencement.

2. Project Scope & Revisions

All projects include a defined scope of work, which will be outlined in a written proposal. Any work requested outside of the agreed-upon scope may result in additional fees.

* Logo packages typically include up to 2 rounds of revisions
* Website designs include up to 2 rounds of layout/content changes
* Additional revisions will be billed at the current hourly rate or as specified in your proposal

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

* Provide all necessary content, assets, and information in a timely manner
* Respond to feedback requests within agreed-upon timelines
* Secure rights to all third-party content provided (e.g., photos, text)

Eclectic Statements is not responsible for delays caused by a lack of client response or incomplete content delivery.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the project invoice or contract. Unless otherwise agreed:

* A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work
* The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files are delivered or a website goes live

5. Intellectual Property

Eclectic Statements retains ownership of all concepts, drafts, and working files until full payment is received.

* Upon final payment, clients are granted full rights to the final deliverables
* Eclectic Statements reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may cancel a project at any time in writing. However:

* The initial deposit is non-refundable
* If work has already been completed beyond the deposit value, the client will be billed for the time or deliverables produced

Eclectic Statements reserves the right to cancel a project due to breach of terms, unprofessional behavior, or lack of communication, with no refund.

7. Turnaround & Deadlines

Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon. Eclectic Statements strives to meet all deadlines, but is not liable for delays due to:

* Force majeure events (natural disasters, illness, internet outages, etc.)
* Delays in client feedback or approvals

Deadlines are contingent on clear communication and timely deliverables from the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eclectic Statements is not liable for:

* Any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the delivered designs
* Any business or financial outcomes from the implementation of the client’s website, brand, or marketing materials

Clients are responsible for final proofreading and accuracy checks.

9. Privacy

Client information will never be sold or shared with third parties. All sensitive business information will be handled confidentially.

10. Amendments
